Something I've decided I want to hear: a period-instruments, Baroque orchestra playing the Theme from Rocky ("Gonna Fly Now"). Natural trumpets, squawky bassoons, theorbo The Annihilator, the whole nine yards. I love the Rocky soundtrack, and Bill Conti's music has that mildly-contrapuntal, Italianate pictorial drama thing going for it. It would kick ass.
Now I just need a handy Baroque orchestra. Sigh.
